This website is operated by the brand Gabriela Baptista. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for items on the www.gabrielabaptista.pt website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using the website www.gabrielabaptista.pt and / or placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions including policies referenced herein.

By placing an order on the Gabriela Baptista brand, you represent that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us consent for any minors in your use this site and accept these terms and conditions that apply to all products on the site www.gabrielabaptista.pt.

The Gabriela Baptista brand may, at any time, change, in whole or in part, the terms and conditions mentioned herein. The customer may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor may he change the content of the service or send messages that contain computer viruses, or that may cause any other damage.

The products found at www.gabrielabaptista.pt may have limited quantities and are subject to exchanges and returns in accordance with our exchanges and returns policy.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of products in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer monitor will be accurate.
The non-availability of a product in the online store does not mean that a product is out of stock, and may be available through another brand distribution channel.
All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.


P R E C O S 

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
The price in the product description does not include shipping costs. The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, plus shipping costs.  The price of the products, the value of VAT and the cost of shipping are duly broken down before the final validation phase of the purchase. Any other costs resulting from sending orders abroad, namely customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.

You agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate information to process your purchases at the Gabriela Baptista online store. The order of products is made by placing them in the shopping basket, filling in the data for billing and shipping, and finalizing the order using the payment methods available in the Gabriela Baptista brand online store.
You can cancel your order by emailing contact@gabrielabaptista.pt, within 24 hours of order confirmation. In order to process the cancellation request, we need the order number and the customer's name.
The Gabriela Baptista brand reserves the right to cancel any order that it is unable to verify or process.

Payments can be made via paypal, credit card or bank transfer.

If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the payment has been confirmed and validated in our bank account. If you have difficulty with the payment, please contact us via email contact@gabrielabaptista.pt.


POLICY   D E   E N T R E G A S 

There are delivery fees that will be displayed during the ordering process. In mainland Portugal, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days. In the European Union, delivery time can vary between 3 to 7 working days. Deliveries to the rest of Europe and other countries vary according to destination, transport time and customs processing; however, delivery is estimated to take between 5 to 10 working days.
Deliveries made outside European Union countries – the import or sales tax applicable in your country will be paid by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.
The Gabriela Baptista brand ships orders from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not shipped.

Attention :
The Gabriela Baptista brand is not responsible for a delay in sending the order caused by weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Gabriela Baptista brand.


POLICY   D E   C A N C E L A M E N T O S 

You can cancel your order if cancellation is requested before shipment, which occurs between 24 and 48 hours after confirmation of payment. In this situation, the customer will be refunded through the payment method used to confirm the order. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the order to be received and follow the steps described in our exchanges and returns policy.
For cancellations,  contact us via email contact@gabrielabaptista.pt indicating your name, order number and reason for cancellation.


POLICY   D E   T R O C A S   And   D E V O L U T I O N S  

The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all its components present there.
Please follow the instructions to make exchanges / returns. Send us an email to contact@gabrielabaptista.com with the following information.
* Name
* order number
* Full shipping address
* Reference of the model to be returned
*Return reason
* Model and size you would like to exchange for (in case of exchange)
The Gabriela Baptista brand team will contact you to authorize the exchange / return and will indicate the necessary information for the due effect.

Please note that in mainland Portugal  only the first return / exchange is free. In other countries, the cost of shipping the product for the Gabriela Baptista brand will be borne by the customer. The customer will be able to choose their preferred return method. We recommend insurance/tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
Upon receipt of the returned order and verification of its excellent condition, the Gabriela Baptista brand assumes responsibility for exchanging the item or refunding it through the payment method used by the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customs duties and international sales taxes are also non-refundable.
In cases where a product is considered defective, the Gabriela Baptista brand will assume all the cost of return / exchange, regardless of the country of delivery of the order.
The Gabriela Baptista brand is not responsible for the cost of shipping and return, if applicable, of orders returned due to multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address, or refusal.

ATTENTION:

The return / exchange of products that do not meet the required conditions will not be accepted. These will be automatically forwarded to the sender's address.


R E C L A M AT IONS S 

The Gabriela Baptista brand responds to all customer complaints or queries within 5 working days.

Changes to the piece that occur after cleaning it, the brand is not responsible.


I M P O S T O   L O C A I S 

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility.


NOTICE :

The Gabriela Baptista brand is closed for the Christmas Festivities from December 21st to January 3rd.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the terms of service by posting updates and/or changes to the website. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically consult our website in order to be aware of any changes.
